About the founder

Ashley Widowski

Ashley started her professional career in  Emergency Services when she was just 17. She worked for over 10 years as a volunteer firefighter and full time paramedic in several departments across Southeastern Wisconsin. 

After leaving Emergency Services, she took some time off to spend with her family. The desire to help people who were in need never left her and she ended up at the Red Cross working with the disaster response team.

Ashley is passionate about mental wellness and is dedicated to sharing tools to rebuild resilience with the first responder community and others who are grieving a loss or are impacted by a traumatic event.

Currently, Ashley has a full time career in the technology field, is a mother to an amazing daughter, and spends her spare time enjoying nature.
